Aliens Swooping In For A Visit

My work and the rest of my life are beautifully intertwined; I am grateful for this. I live the practices that I also teach and hold space for…the quote from Richard Bach, “you teach best what you most need to learn,” is apt here. My own journey of healing and discovery brought me to my career where I hold space for the healing and growth of others. What once was about survival is now about the depth and interconnected beauty of life.

I’m nerdy about it all…I love reading about Shamanism and other dimensions as well as researching new energy healing techniques and practices. It’s all seemingly infinite. I love being in a place of consistent experimentation-how will I feel after practicing a breath work that activates the vagus nerve for 40 days? Can I really “jump timelines” through this guided meditative practice? What happens when I visualize my Merkaba and remote view or astral travel to another location?

A lot happens and it is more than fascinating. I work with the unseen with subtle energies and in spaces we can’t go with our physical bodies. All we have is our experience. I am not someone who will draw conclusions from my experiences that cannot be proven…in truth that merely narrows a field of possibilities that is so vast. I do however, share my experiences and hold space for the experience of others. I shine a light on where there is crossover of experience among many. I notice the techniques, tools, intentions and sheer magic that creates repeated transformation and healing for many. I co-create with others and connect to all “communities” (self/others/spirt/nature). I focus on what is possible, on infinite possibility.

Last week was a heavy one energetically and I ended up with a migraine mid-week. This is rare but whenever it has happened in the past there has always been an energetic component that triggered it. The aftereffects lasted a few days and so, on Tuesday I followed my intuition and found myself visiting a fellow energy healer for some support.

After I offered some brief context she said, “You are going to go on a journey” (essentially have my consciousness move into a deeply meditative state and then travel on from there-something I do daily and multiple times a day on days working with clients).

First, I travelled into the past-summer during childhood spent with my maternal grandmother in the Adirondacks in NY. She lived in a small pine log cabin in the woods in a very simple and contented way with a strong connection to nature. She kayaked the river, sat out under the stars and took long walks through the tall pines. At that time as a child, I had a distinct feeling that I longed to live in that way and that place, it was magical.

Next, I was taken way up into the cosmos, out beyond many of the stars we can see from earth. I was way out in the ether and communicating with a being who has showed up several times in prior journeys. This being shows up as a constellation of lights. There is a love and connection between us that reaches far into the past. A potent and healing energy exchange took place which showed up as a figure eight of glowing light between us.

While the above was going on, the energy healer I was with, went somewhere else, to another dimension. We have worked together before and so she recognized two of my shamanic guides who first showed up in the space. Then, several alien beings came through and my shamanic guides stepped aside for them. They had a loving and benevolent energy in their communication with her (the energy healer holding the space). They clarified that they were indeed there to heal. She later described them to look quite similar to how the Arcturians have been described-tall, large dark eyes, tiny mouth and nose, large blue heads.

These aliens let her know that they had been keeping an eye on me over the years and that I had reached a point to receive a certain healing and new information. She saw them put seven rods of light into the center of my body as well as a crystal structure into my heart space, it seemed like many “light codes” were being received as well.

Once we returned, fully anchored in our physical bodies, we grounded ourselves by drinking water, placing our feet on the earth and doing some gentle stretches. We also exchanged experiences. There was some crossover in them and a definite sense of renewal for us both. My physical energy felt vastly better and I was in a calm and clear state.

The above is a “day in the life of,” of example of my experience. Many people on the planet have these non ordinary reality experiences, connecting with many different beings (guides/angels/ascended masters/aliens/ancestors etc). I am not special in this sense. I have however, been called to this path and work through following my intuition as well as through continued information imparted to me in non ordinary reality.

I have been doing this work for almost twenty years and over time there have been many shifts related to what it has looked like and how it has been received. In the past five years or so, it seems like so many more people are searching and open to new experiences, looking for new meaning, having new experiences and embarking on new paths of discovery. I continue to witness beautiful transformation and experience it myself over time.

So, aliens are there, connected to us from other dimensions (in my many experiences in any case), so are our loved ones and so many others. In these dimensions there is often an awareness that goes beyond what we know on earth.

I am a well grounded person. I focus on the present and the tasks at hand, most of the time I am chopping wood and carrying water, I recognize that we are here to be here…but I also have a deep faith shaped by my shamanic work and life and by moving beyond the confines of what I have been told or taught or heard by society at large.

There is so much here for us and it is infinitely more than meets the eye.
