Pavan has over fifteen years of experience imparting a peaceful energy while working one-on-one with wonderful individuals. She also teaches live and virtual classes, retreats and workshops.

 

She is certified in various Energy Work modalities including Reiki and Core Shamanism and is a Certified Health Coach as well. Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy have been incorporated into her sessions for many years.

 

Pavan is trained in Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and holds an RYT and IKYTA designation as a teacher. She has apprenticed with several brilliant mentors. 

 

Her interest in all of the above stemmed from a desire to connect with a deeper truth and meaning in life. Through these experiences and others, she has forged a creative spiritual path and enjoys being in service and sharing the journey with others.

Relaxation Therapy Sessions

 

The objective is to shift you into a deep state of relaxation to support the bodies healing process and to reduce stress. Also, this deep state of relaxation is a meditative state. It allows the mind to relax and clear. It also allows physical tension, emotions and thoughts to release and creates space for shifts in perspective and new possibilities. This is a heart centered therapy and it meets you where you are at. It is particularly supportive for grief, depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Essentially, the goal is also to enhance your life experience by being more present in each moment and to feel healthier and more free. A session may include Energy Healing, and Sound Healing (with crystal bowls, tuning forks, a gong, other instruments, music and voice toning). Techniques of Shamanism, Reiki, meditation, breath work, mantra, visualization and yoga may also be used.

 

Yoga Sessions

 

 

Yoga is union with breath. It is about uniting the body, mind and spirit; ultimately to reduce suffering. This includes overt and underlying fears (especially fear of death), anxiety, depression, pain, PTSD and neutralizing the ego. Essentially, the goal is to enhance your life experience by being more present in each moment and to feel healthier and more free. Sessions are tailored specifically to what you need and may include asana (physical postures and movement) for flexibility, and strength. They may also include Hatha and Kundalini techniques as well as Energy Healing, meditation, breath work and mantra. Your prior experience and any injuries will also be addressed.

 

Holistic Health Coaching Sessions

 

 

These sessions provide support and guidance for achieving your wellness goals. Typically the focus is around nutrition and diet and informed by Ayurveda (the life science of which yoga is a branch). This approach is holistic and honors the knowledge that the mind, body and spirit are all connected. Recommendations are given and followed up on to help you expand your experience of wellness. Essentially, the goal is to feel healthier and more free and to enhance your life experience by being more present in each moment.
