Pavan is a Shamanic Practitioner and Guide. Her background includes intensive training and over 17 years of experience co-creating with thousands along the way.

Her practice incorporates channeled spiritual guidance, Shamanic energy work, vibrational medicine (including sound healing), coaching and yogic philosophy.

Pavan's mission is to empower people to embody their fullest, most unique expression of self…to live the highest vision of their soul!

She also has certifications in Reiki, The Akashic Records, Health & Intuitive Coaching and several other powerful Energy Healing modalities.

She holds an RYT and IKYTA designation as a yoga teacher and often brings Kundalini and traditional yoga practices to her work. Blessed to have apprenticed with several brilliant mentors over the years, this path found her, again and again.

This human experience continues to be her greatest teacher.

If you are blocked or stuck, she will support you and empower you to move towards freedom and transformation. Her strength is in her powerful and open presence.

Along the journey, she has discovered many powerful ways to heal and grow and is honored to share them and co-create with others.
