Whole Is Home

As I type this, I am sitting with a client who has had a significant dose of ketamine. Their intention is to get out of pain for a bit, to reduce depression and also to disconnect from the typical orientation (overly identified with the mind/body/emotions) to be in a vast space that feels more connected to the whole.
Recently, I wrote about the breath as a connection to a deeper truth, a doorway to a vast space and an orientation that is connected to the whole. There are many tools that can get us to this space and over time, with practice of mindful meditation, we need less of them or need them less or not at all. We can meet ourselves where we are at and simply continue to be empowered along the way.
Recently I participated in a three day intensive workshop on the Biodynamic Cranial Approach. I was intuitively guided to it and it ended up being an experience of what I was experiencing-but deeper and in new ways. It was also very refreshing to be in a loving field of individuals with shared common ground for a few days; healing, liberating and energizing!
I practiced a state of present awareness in different ways and circumstances just as I strive to do everyday but this was in a supportive container with guidance as well; it allowed for a bit of a quantum leap in awareness that was indeed magical.
Now back home and at work, I feel this still in a new way and in this season with so much momentum, I feel so much possibility and also a certain stillness at the same time-this is part of the welcome shift.
I feel creative and there is much I am moved by and excited about but it is all in the flow of life. I am also learning to be aware without focusing energy in a way that becomes limiting-there are many subtle ways we do this. As was shared last week, the biggest "part of the pie" is what we don't know that we don't know. In my current experience reality is a continuum and we are it....as flowing and changing as every other aspect of the whole.
It is beautiful.
